I have to move out temporarily due to some issues, so I help the landlord find a replacement tenant.
There is a direct bus to Box Hill Central train station, or Doncaster Westfield within a 3-minute walk of your home.

Box Hill Central has many restaurants, wet markets (super cheap), several Chinese supermarkets, Woolworths, Coles, Chemist Warehouse, Daiso, Liquorland…
The landlord does not live in the house, so there is a high degree of freedom. Although there is no restriction on men or women, the house will soon only be occupied by men, so it will be more convenient and safer for men to live in there. But maybe mostly new tenants found r female, then that would be fine~
