We are based in Mount Waverley, Melbourne. Due to continuing growth, a fantastic opportunity now exists for a project coordinator to join our existing team.
The role would best suit applicants with previous estimating experience or construction background.
Requirement:
involving in reviewing plans, schedules, and project specifications.
Preparing timely and accurate costing of quotes, and ensure completed quotes comply with specifications, design brief and organization's price policy.
Ensure relationships with internal and external customers, suppliers, trades people, agents and contractors are maintained and improved
Responsible for trade finalizing and shop drawing interpretation with clients.
Responsible for communication with factory for sales and technical required.
Responsible for project procurement from factory and local suppliers.
Responsible for project technical support and on site supervision if required.
Responsible for project aftersales assistance.
Ensure relationships with internal and external customers, suppliers, trades people, agents and contractors are maintained and improved
Attend to all incoming emails daily and coordinating project inquires with customers.
Including weekend roster allocations
Ensuring that quality objectives and delivery deadlines are met
Ensuring that all deliveries are invoiced and payment claimed as agreed and obtain approval for any credits.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
Deal with customers and members of the public in a courteous and respectful manner
Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient way according to all relevant legislation, policies and procedures
Advice Management of any management improvement required for performance achievement.
Working out project analyses.
Key Competencies:
Building, design and engineering education background preferred.
positive work attitude, willing to learn attitude
Language: Mandarin preferred/Fluent English
Attention to detail and accuracy working
work-oriented
