Wellington Education Group现招聘Student Service Officer一名

Wellington Education Group operates 3 Australian accredited Colleges (Berkeley Business Institute, York English College, York Business Institute) in Sydney running VET courses and ELICOS. As an integrated group, Wellington Education focuses on training, consulting, resource development, project planning and promoting an advanced educational philosophy to ensure high-quality education to our students. Wellington Education has collaborated and partnered with a number of education and training institutions as well as higher education providers for students' future study. It is situated in a prime location close to public transport facilities and cafe district.

Key responsibilities:
Student Services;
Respond to queries regarding admissions process, course structures, entry requirements, student application status and any other admissions related queries;
Liaise with external stakeholders such as partnered education agencies, accommodation and OSHC providers;
Assist in timetabling students and notifying students appropriately;
Academic support;
Process enrolment variations such as cancellation, deferments and change of course as required
Coordinate and plan orientation for new students;
Maintain accurate student records and filing system;
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

SELECTION CRITERIA
Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills including, the ability to establish rapport with people from different cultural backgrounds.
Exceptional time management, self-motivated and flexible in responding to changing work priorities.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
High level organisational and administrative skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong computer skills including experience with databases
Competent in the use of Student/Learning management systems
Proficiency in English both oral and written.
Eligibility to work in Australia.
